- The video must capture the entire process from the start of opening the parcel.
- Edited or paused videos will not be accepted.
Video as Proof for Damage:
- The unboxing video serves as proof in case of damage.
- It should be shot in clear lighting.
- We do not accept damage claims without video proof.
Notification of Damage:
- In case of damage, inform us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
- Damage claims will not be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.
Display of Damage in Video:
- The damaged part should be clearly shown in the unboxing video.
