  • The video must capture the entire process from the start of opening the parcel.
  • Edited or paused videos will not be accepted.

Video as Proof for Damage:

  • The unboxing video serves as proof in case of damage.
  • It should be shot in clear lighting.
  • We do not accept damage claims without video proof.

Notification of Damage:

  • In case of damage, inform us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
  • Damage claims will not be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.

Display of Damage in Video:

  • The damaged part should be clearly shown in the unboxing video.
